I am developing a new Practice Reflections CPD Community for Safeguarding professionals.

Working in Safeguarding work is probably one of the most stressful sectors to work in. Very rarely does one role have such potential to have the impact that safeguarding work does. The decisions you make, on any given day, have a direct influence over whether someone is protected rom harm. But you do it. Day in, day out you turn up and work tirelessly to ensure that the people you work with have the best possible chance of reaching their potential.

This community will become a crucial hub of learning opportunities for its members. With plans in place, the only way to keep up to date with developments is by subscribing to this publication.

A central part of any community is the ability to shape and influence what the community becomes. Therefore, if you want information about a specific topic to be discussed in a webinar, you will have an ability to put this forward. Do you have a burning issue in your practice, we can use the Journal Club to read a specific article in relation to the issue at hand and then use Peer Reflection to find different perspectives.

Be sure to subscribe to learn about how you can be a part of this community.
